Shipping and Delivery

When do I receive an order confirmation?

It can take up to two hours after you've placed your order for you to receive a confirmation email. Make sure to check your spam inbox as well.

If you haven't received an email after two hours after processing the payment, please get in touch via email (info@470studios.com) or twitter (@470studios).

When can I expect delivery of my order?

Our orders are being processed Monday through Friday. All orders will be shipped the workday after ordering. 470 STUDIOS cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond its control.

Estimated delivery times:

The Netherlands / Belgium: 2 - 3 days

Europe: 3 - 7 days

North America: 5 - 10 days

South America: 7 - 10 days

Africa: 7 - 12 days

Asia: 7 - 14 days

Australia (Oceania): 7 - 10 days

How can I track my order?

After completing your order, you will get a confirmation email. Once your order is ready to get shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking information.

I made a mistake with my shipping addres. What to do?

Please contact us immediately at 470studios@info.com. We will try our best to solve this issue for you as soon as possible.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout.

Shipping is free for the following countries: Belgium and the Netherlands

Returns and Exchanges

Is it possible to exchange items?

It is currently not possible to exchange items.

What is your return policy?

470 STUDIOS will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice. Within 14 days, orders may be returned and we will issue a full refund. Please fill in the return form you received with your order.

Items have to be returned within 14 days. The items must be unwashed and unworn. Make sure to save your tracking number as proof of shipping. All products must have all original 470 STUDIOS tags still attached. Merchandise that has been used, worn, altered or damaged will not be accepted. 470 STUDIOS will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, mishandled, stolen or damaged. 

470 STUDIOS reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above returns requirements in 470 STUDIOS sole discretion.

Please note that the shipping costs for returning an item are not paid for by 470 STUDIOS.

How long does a refund take?

A refund may take up to 10 business days upon receiving the item('s).

Is it possible to work for 470 STUDIOS?

What are the available payment methods?

We offer the following payment methods: Paypal,  iDeal,  Google Pay,  Apple Pay,  Maestro, Mastercard,  Visa & American Express

My payment has failed. What now?

Did you get the notification ‘Payment failed’ after you went through the payment procedure? There are a few solutions: delete your cookies and cache data, use a different browser or use a different payment method. If this doesn’t solve the problem, please contact us.

Does the website indicate that the order has failed, but the amount has been debited from your account? Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can proceed with the order manually. Send us a screenshot of the payment made so we can deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.

My order has been canceled. Do I place a new order?

If you have received an email from us informing you that your order has been cancelled, please place a new order online, otherwise please contact us at info@470studios.com.

Is it possible to use multiple payment methods?

Currently we only accept one payment method per order.

Is VAT included in the final price and how do I claim vat back?

All prices include VAT. At this time we are unable to provide a tax-back service for any of our online customers.

Where can I find my invoices?

Your invoice is always included in the order confirmation email. You can also find the invoice in your 470 STUDIOS account. If you can’t find the invoice, don't hesitate to contact us so we can send a new copy to you.

How will I be refunded in case of return or faulty item?

We will refund you as soon as possible within the 14 days of receiving your return. You will always be refunded to the bank account / credit card used to purchase the item.


How do I take care of my 470 STUDIOS product?

We strongly recommend to always follow the instructions on the care label that comes with all our products. For many of our product we recommend hand wash instead of machine washing. For specific questions, please contact us.

What should I do if an item I want is unavailable?

All limited edition products will never be restocked. For all the other products, please contact us for more information.

Is it possible to get more information about a specific product?

My purchased item is damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us via email: info@470studios.com. We will provide you with a solution as soon as possible. Make sure that you don't send back damaged items before contacting us.

How do I know what size to get?

Most of our items fit true to size. Make sure to check the product page description and the size & fit tab for more information.

How do I create an account?

Click on 'My Account' in the top right corner of our website and sign up.

Do I need an account to make a purchase?

Having a 470 STUDIOS account isn't necessary for placing an order. It is possible to check out as a guest or checkout fast with your Paypal account.

What are the advantages of having a 470 STUDIOS account?

A 470 STUDIOS account makes it faster and easier to place an order. Your address details will be filled in automatically and you are able to find all your previous orders in once place.

Is it possible to delete my account?

Send us an email at info@470studios.com and we’ll delete your account.
